At The Paw Club, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

If you would like to request a return for another reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an approved refund has been processed, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
